You can search for a repository of articles specific to your organization by clicking the Knowledge Base link and then entering your search term in the provided search box.
Frequently Used Articles: This section is for the ease of the user. Here one can see the frequently accessed articles. User can click on the articles and read more about the topic.
Articles by Category: This section will show articles grouped by category. As shown in the screenshot, there are 2 categories – Internet and Printing. User can click on the category to see all the knowledge base articles related to that category. To further read an article in detail, user can click on it.
