Employees can access KB Copilot on the IT Help Desk portal site as shown below:

 

 

 

Users can enter their query in the chat window available on the home page.

 

 

OR,

Click Knowledge Base Copilot in the top link bar to open the chat window.

 

Users can select predefined queries for their issue
