This setting grants permissions for NITRO to access your Azure AD. This is used in a variety of ways, including getting the membership of an AD group; reading/writing user values such as Manager, Department, and Phone Number; and for checking permissions for users. Click "Grant Permissions" to enable the connection. Click 'Test Connection' to check whether the connection is established or not. It will display a 'Connection Successful' message if the connection is established.
