KB Copilot Feedback

The KB Copilot Feedback section in NITRO Helpdesk shows feedback from users on AI responses.

Users can:

Rate how helpful the AI answer was.

See the AI’s reply (Chat Summary).

Add comments or suggestions.

This helps improve the AI by showing which answers need updates or more details. Admins can review this feedback and make changes to the Knowledge Base.
