Survey Reports: This page displays a variety of survey reports available for the Manager to review, as listed below.


-Service Satisfaction: This report displays the satisfaction ratings for all closed tickets, showing how satisfied users were with the service provided.

-Service Quality: This report shows the average rating given for all closed tickets, reflecting the overall quality of service provided.

-Rating Level by Category: This report displays the average rating for all closed tickets, grouped by their respective categories.

-Satisfaction by Category: This report displays the service satisfaction levels for all closed tickets, categorized by their respective category values.

-Survey Response per question: This report presents the ratings for all tickets based on each question in the survey list. 
-Survey Rating by Staff: This report displays the average rating of all closed tickets, grouped by the assigned staff member.
