To view all open Tickets, click ‘Open Tickets’ tile in Ticket-Manager- Dashboard page. It will navigate you to the ‘All Open Tickets’ view
of ‘All Tickets’ page. Filter applied for open Tickets view is ‘Status is not equal to Closed and Resolved’.
