Manager Dashboard can also access additional pages showing detailed reports


Problem Manager Dashboard page shows the below reports for problem
-Staff Load (Open Problem by Staff): This report displays all open problems assigned to each staff member, grouped by category. For example, the report shows
that John Smith has 5 open problems, while CCSales Demo has 1 open problem.

-Incoming Problems by week: This report displays the number of problems created each week, based on their creation date.
-Open Problems by Priority and Category: This report displays all open problems categorized by their priority level and problem category. For example, the report shows one high-priority problem each under the categories ‘Email’, ‘Hardware Problem’, and ‘Hardware Request’. Additionally, there is one normal-
priority problem in the ‘Printing’ category and two in the ‘Email’ category, among others.

-Resolved Problems by week: This report displays all problems that have been resolved, grouped by week, based on their resolution date.

-Tasks by Staff: This report displays all problem-related tasks assigned to each staff member. For example, the report shows that CCSales Demo has 3 tasks
assigned, while John Smith has 5 tasks assigned.

-Tasks by Status: This report groups all problem tasks by their current status. As indicated, 1 task is ‘Not Started,’ 4 tasks are ‘Completed,’ and 6 tasks are ‘In
Progress.’
