Change Requests Manager Dashboard page shows the below reports for problem
-Staff Load (Open Change Requests by Owner): This report displays all open change requests assigned to each owner, categorized by the type of change. According to the report, John Smith has 5 open change requests, while CCSales Demo has 6.
-Incoming Change Requests by week: This report displays all incoming change requests grouped by week, based on their creation dates.
-Open Change Requests by Priority and Category: This report displays all open change requests categorized by their priority and type of change. For example,
the report shows 1 high-priority change request under ‘Application Change,’ and so on.
-Closed Change Requests by week: This report displays all closed change requests grouped by week, based on their closing dates.
-Tasks by Staff: This report displays change request tasks assigned to each staff member. For example, the report shows that John Smith has 8 change request tasks assigned.
-Tasks by Status: This report categorizes all change request tasks by their current status. As shown, 3 tasks are ‘Not Started,’ 2 tasks are ‘Completed,’ and 1 task is ‘In Progress.’
