The Launch URL command launches the specified URL. Note that URL can be to another part of the SharePoint or Office 365 application, another internal link, or an external link. It could be a link to information that will guide the Bot user, or could be used to launch a form to fill out, or for many other purposes.
For the top six entries, which are common to all Commands, see the Bot Command Overview. For the "URL" entry, which is specific to this Command, simply put in whatever URL that should be launched by this Command.
