Move all tickets closed one year ago from Tickets to Archived Tickets List
Description
This workflow uses the Move Items function to move old tickets that were closed a year (365 days) ago from the ‘Tickets’ to the ‘Archived Tickets’ list.
Workflow
First, create the workflow and configure a timer based action using the “Closed Date” field in the Tickets list .
Action Settings
Next, configure the "Move Item” action as shown below.
