Menu Links
This allows you to control which menu items appear in the top row of the portal pages:
To configure above menu links
Go to Portal Administration -> NITRO Site Settings -> click Menu Links tile -> this will open Crow Canyon Site Branding page -> enable Customize header in branding
-> click 'New Menu item' in Custom menu links to create new menu item
Clicking 'New Menu Item' will open below form. Enter details and click 'Ok'
Security Settings
Security Settings determine which users can access the backend site related to the given portal. Select the Target Site from the drop down of site options. By default, this references only sites from the same Site Collection as the portal site.
This site only access groups - This option allows you to positively identify the group of users who will be redirected to the portal, even if given a direct link to the Target Site URL.
Target site access groups - This option allows you to positively identify the group of users who will have access to the Target Site URL. Users who are not a part of this group will be redirected to the portal
Groups - Allows you to identify which groups get the setting above applied to them.

Live Chat
Allows you to have a chat service available for end users when they access the portal pages. This links into one of two things: a bot deployed in your tenant either custom built or from Crow Canyon (https://www.crowcanyon.com/sharepoint-services/crow-canyon-ai-services/) or another third-party chat service like Olark or Drift.
Clicking 'Live Chat' tile in NITRO Site settings will navigate you to below page.
