For Microsoft 365 customers, we have developed Teams integrations within our NITRO Workflow tool. If you have not already, you'll need to follow the steps in this article to enable the Teams API for NITRO in order to use these actions.

 

This includes the following three actions:

 

oCreate a Teams channel

▪This action will automatically create a new Teams channel within an existing Team

oSend Teams Message

▪This action will send a notification to a Teams channel by sending an email to the channel's email address

oPost an adaptive card

▪Posts an adaptive card to Teams that allows the user to interact and automatically update SharePoint items (e.g. for approval processes) right from within Teams.
