Cache Site Metadata lets you cache the NITRO features on the web page for faster load times. It's recommended to enable the cache for any site with NITRO on it.
Tip: If you are making changes to NITRO Forms, List Views, Reports, etc, and those changes aren't being reflected, resetting the cache here typically solves the problem.
