To open ‘Ticket - Staff – Workspace’ page follow below steps:
Open Home Page and go to Quick Launch -> click Agent Workspace
This will open a Ticket - Staff - workspace page as shown below:



Assigned staff has the authority to see
•My Open Tickets
•My Tickets Due Today
•My Overdue Tickets
•Need My Attention
•Unassigned Tickets
•My Resolved Tickets
•My Closed Tickets
Tasks That Assigned Staff can see
•My Open Tasks
•My Overdue Tasks
•My Tasks Due Today
•My Closed Tasks
