Installation

Download the Web Part as per instructions from Crow Canyon, which are sent by email when a Free Trial of the web part is requested. If that email is not available, contact Crow Canyon Sales at sales@crowcanyon.com

1.Place the download on the SharePoint Server (must be SharePoint 2010 or 2013).

2.Extract the files.

3.Run the Setup.exe

4.Follow the screens through to completion. If any errors come up, contact support@crowcanyon.com with information about the web part and the error encountered.

Once the Installation finishes, the web part will be installed on that server.

Activation

Discussion Column does not require activation at the Site Collection level and is available after installation in List Settings for any list.
